These terms cover the s.energy website and the text message programs that Senergy operates for its clients. Senergy is the trade name of Senergee LLC, 10134 Cherry Tree Drive, Dallas, TX 75243. Using this website or opting in to one of our text programs means you agree to these terms. Last updated October 9, 2026.
About this website
This website describes what Senergy does and lets you ask for a demo. The content is for information. We may change it at any time without notice. Sending a demo request or a message through the site is an inquiry; it does not create a contract between us.
What we do
Senergy designs, builds and operates software for business clients. Work for a client runs under that client's own signed agreement with Senergee LLC. If anything on this page conflicts with a signed client agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Acceptable use
Do not try to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorized access to this website or any system we operate. Do not scrape it, copy it in bulk, or use it to send unsolicited messages. Do not impersonate anyone or misrepresent who you are when contacting us.
Our content
This website, its text, design, graphics and the Senergy name and marks belong to Senergee LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Client names and marks that appear on the site belong to those clients.
SMS program terms
Who sends the messages. Senergy sends text messages on behalf of its clients. The current program is Paired Socks order updates, which Senergy operates for JCRS Coin Laundry LLC of Lakewood, Colorado, the laundry pickup and delivery service at pairedsocks.com.
What you receive. Order and service notifications only: booking confirmations, pickup reminders, weigh-in receipts, delivery updates and similar messages about an order you placed. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
How you opt in. You opt in only by checking the text message consent box on the client's own booking or checkout form and providing your mobile number. You will receive a confirmation text. Nobody is added to a program any other way.
- Message frequency varies with your orders. For Paired Socks, that is typically 2 to 5 messages per order.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will get one confirmation text and no further messages from that program.
- Reply HELP for help, or email matthew@s.energy. Paired Socks customers can also text (983) 955-7227.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. If you opt out, the client will contact you about any active order another way, such as by phone or email.
How we handle your mobile number and consent is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Third-party services
The site links to and shows data from third parties, and the services we operate rely on providers such as hosting, payment and messaging companies. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services, and their own terms apply when you use them.
No warranties
This website is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error free or fit for a particular purpose, and the market, news and industry figures shown on it are for information only and are not advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Senergee LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, and our total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to one hundred dollars. Liability under a signed client agreement is governed by that agreement, not by this page. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Texas law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute about them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
Changes
When we change these terms we post the new version here with a new date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
