Privacy Policy

Who we are

Senergee LLC is a Texas limited liability company. We design, build and operate software for businesses, including customer, sales and operations tools, and we send transactional text messages on behalf of some of those clients. We are the operator of this website and the processor of data for the client services described below.

What this website collects

Information you give us. If you book a demo or contact us, we collect what you type into the form: your name, company, email address, phone number if you include one, and your message. The form is delivered to our team by email and is used to respond to you.

Information collected automatically. We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4 and a Google Ads conversion tag. These set cookies and collect technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and the actions you take on the site, so we can understand how the site is used and measure our advertising. Google's own privacy policy governs what Google does with that data. The page also loads a web font from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font is fetched.

Your choices on this site. Visitors in the United States can opt out of advertising and analytics cookies at any time through the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer. We also honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as an opt-out. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland see a consent banner and no advertising or analytics cookies are set until they accept.

The live market, news and industry data shown on the home page is fetched by our server, not your browser, so nothing about you is sent to those data providers.

What we handle for our clients

When we operate software for a client business, we hold that business's customer records on its behalf: names, phone numbers, email addresses, delivery addresses, order details and similar service data. We use that information only to deliver the service the client has engaged us for. The client owns that data. We do not sell it, we do not use it for our own marketing, and we return or delete it when the engagement ends, as the client agreement provides.

One example is Paired Socks, the laundry pickup and delivery service operated by JCRS Coin Laundry LLC of Lakewood, Colorado. Senergy builds and runs the Paired Socks booking software and sends its order-status text messages. Paired Socks customers can also read that service's own privacy policy and terms.

Text messages

Senergy sends text messages on behalf of clients, such as order updates for Paired Socks customers. Mobile phone numbers and messaging consent are collected only on the client's own booking or checkout form, where the customer checks a consent box agreeing to receive text messages at the number they provide. We use that number only to send the order and service notifications the customer signed up for: booking confirmations, pickup reminders, receipts and delivery updates. We do not send marketing texts.

Message frequency varies with your orders. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. Full program terms are in our Terms & Conditions.

Who we share information with

We share personal information only with service providers that do a specific job for us or for our clients, and each may use it only for that job:

• Hosting and infrastructure (Amazon Web Services, Vercel, Neon)
• Text message delivery (Twilio)
• Email delivery (Resend, Google Workspace)
• Payment processing for clients that take payments (Square). Card numbers go directly to the processor and never pass through our systems.
• Analytics and advertising measurement on this website (Google)

We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile phone numbers or text messaging consent with anyone for marketing. We may disclose information if the law requires it, to protect the rights or safety of a person, or as part of a merger, sale or transfer of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.

How long we keep information

Website inquiries are kept as long as we need them to respond and keep business records. Client service data is kept for as long as we operate the service for that client, then returned or deleted as the client agreement provides. Records of text messaging consent and delivery are kept for as long as needed to show that consent was given and messages were delivered, which carriers require us to be able to do.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections, access controls and credentials that are never stored in our code. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing matthew@s.energy. If the information belongs to one of our clients' services, we will work with that client to honor your request. We honor these requests from anyone, wherever they live, and we will not treat you differently for making one. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message. To control cookies on this site, use the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer or your browser's cookie settings.

Children

This website and the services we operate are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

When we change this policy we post the new version here with a new date at the top.
